Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your 14-day trial costs A$0. A payment method is required. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds
Payments already processed are generally non-refundable for change of mind or unused time. If the software has a major failure or you have another remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. This policy does not limit those rights.
Billing problems
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access the software after payment, contact support promptly with the email address used at checkout and a description of the issue. Do not include your full card number.

Visit our support page. We will review eligible requests using the subscription and payment information available to us and Stripe.
