Terms of Service
1. The service
Smart SMS Reply is Android software that helps users send automated replies to missed calls and incoming SMS enquiries. Features may require Android permissions and compatible device settings.
2. Subscriptions and trial
Monthly and annual subscriptions include one active licence key. A payment method is required for the 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid subscription begins automatically. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
3. Licence use
Your licence is personal to the subscribing customer or business and may be used on one active Android phone at a time. You may transfer the active licence to a replacement phone. You must not share, resell, copy, reverse engineer or distribute the software except where the law permits.
4. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for configuring messages, obtaining any consent required for your communications, and using the app in accordance with applicable privacy, telecommunications, marketing and consumer laws.
5. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but device settings, mobile networks, Android updates and third-party services may affect operation. We may update the software to improve security or functionality.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel to stop future renewals. Details are in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Support

8. Changes
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
